Knight's Insignas on every piece and one superior absorption rune wherever since it's global. Superior Vigor as well, everyone likes a sup vigor
As for the build..All you said is you do not have factions. Do you have NF? Do you have Prophicies? Do you have both but NOT factions? Also asking for a build is "aganst the rules" or so they say so I will just let you know that for now.

A minor axe rune, a minor strength or tactics rune, for whichever you use, and then all +hp runes and all +hp insignia.

I never bothered with worrying about elemental, When you are up close and personal most of your foes are going to be hitting you back with a physical weapon...

No, the warrior is meant for single target damage, first and foremost. Take +hp equipment, because the benefit you get from stacking your naturally high armor is small, and more hp is the only defense you have against armor ignoring damage, which is very important. It also makes life easier for your monks if they take Word of Healing or Zealous Benediction.

Survivor insignia on 4 pieces, stonefist insignia on one. Sup Vigor, minor axe, minor strength, rune of recovery (not sure on name, the one that reduces blind), and rune of vitae

Nothing we say in this thread will help you at all, then.
If you ever feel like running a Warrior the correct way, read Keekles' post, although I'm assuming he means a Rune of Clarity (Blind and Weakness), not a Rune of Recovery (Daze and Deep Wound).
